Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce
½ cup blue cheese crumbles
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/8 cup chives, chopped

3 tbsp mayonnaise
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup buttermilk
2 pinches salt

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Smoked Whole Black Peppercorn Grinder
1 tsp red wine vinegar
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles

Directions
Cut the iceberg lettuce in half, then into quarters. Place wedges cut-side up on plates.
In a bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Spoon dressing over the lettuce wedges. Top with bacon, tomatoes, chives, and blue cheese crumbles.
Finish with a sprinkle of M&B Smoked Whole Black Peppercorn and serve.
