Ingredients
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1-2 flat anchovies

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

¼ tsp Morton & Bassett Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Smoked Whole
Peppercorn Grinder
- 2 lemons
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- pinch of salt
- ½ cup parmesan cheese

Directions
- Coat lettuce with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and massage into the cut sides.
- In a bowl, smash anchovies into a paste, then add the rest of the olive oil, mayo, M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Smoked Paprika, fresh ground M&B Smoked Whole Peppercorns, juice of one lemon, dijon mustard, worcestershire, and salt. Whisk until creamy.
- Grill lettuce face down at 400 degrees for about 3 minutes until charred. Grill two lemon halves as well for a charred garnish.
- Pull lettuce from grill and plate, then drizzle dressing generously over lettuce.
- Top with grated parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and an extra few grinds of M&B Smoked Whole Peppercorns. Enjoy!
