Ingredients
- ¼ cup cane sugar

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Cayenne Pepper
- 1 ounces Campari
- 4 ounces white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 4 ounces Soda water
- 1 orange
- ice

Directions
- Mix sugar and M&B Cayenne Pepper on a plate.
- Wet the rim of your glasses with orange juice and coat them in spicy rimmer.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Add Campari and white wine.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a charred orange slice for an extra smoky flavor. Cheers!
