Ingredients

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Paprika

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Onion Powder
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup relish
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4-6 burger buns
- 4-6 slices American cheese
- 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- ½ white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of Salt
- ¼ stick butter

Directions
- Start with the sauce: combine mayo, mustard, ketchup, 1 tsp M&B Garlic Powder, 1 tsp M&B Paprika, 1 tsp M&B Onion Powder, and relish. Stir until well combined.
- Heat a skillet on medium/low and add in butter until melted, then toss in sliced mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then add onions and a pinch of salt and cook until soft. Remove from heat once done.
- Toast buns and set aside.
- Form 2” balls out of ground beef and set on the pan, still over medium/low.
- Smash down into the pan using a flat surface, cook for one minute, then flip.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 tsp M&B Paprika, 1 tsp M&B Garlic Powder, and 1 tsp M&B Onion Powder to the flat patties and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Top with cooked mushrooms and onions and a slice of american cheese and let cook until melted.
- Spread special sauce onto burger bun, then add patties and enjoy!
