Peach Burrata Flatbread
Peach Burrata Flatbread

Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1 cup garlic spread
- ½ cup fresh basil
- 6-8 thin prosciutto slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
- 2 large burrata balls

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Oregano

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Mixed Peppercorns
Grinder
- 1 flatbread

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Toast flatbread for 5-10 minutes until slightly crispy but not brown.
- While flatbread is toasting, slice peaches thin and chop up basil.
- Remove flatbread from oven and let cool slightly, then spread a thick layer of garlic spread over full flatbread.
- Generously sprinkle M&B Oregano over the garlic spread then layer peaches, burrata and prosciutto.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh basil, a generous amount of freshly ground M&B Mixed Peppercorns and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Slice and serve!
