Sesame Orange Ginger Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3-4 sweet potatoes, peeled and evenly chopped
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup miso paste
- ¾ cup vegetable broth

2 tablespoons Morton & Bassett Sesame Orange Ginger

1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Spicy Everything Sprinkle

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Fine Ground Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons flakey salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Add peeled and chopped sweet potatoes into a large pot with water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender, about 25-30 minutes. Drain and transfer into a large bowl.
To the potatoes, add butter, miso paste, vegetable broth, M&B Sesame Orange Ginger, M&B Spicy Everything Sprinkle, M&B Fine Ground Black Pepper, and flakey salt. Using an immersion blender, blend the potatoes until smooth. If not using an immersion blender, transfer to a blender or use a potato masher.
Set potatoes into a serving bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle some M&B Spicy Everything Sprinkle over top.
