Peri Peri Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets
- ¼ cup pesto

1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Peri Peri

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Lemon Pepper Blend
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup Parmesan, shredded
- 2 teaspoons flakey salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Add cauliflower to a large bowl with pesto, M&B Peri Peri, M&B Lemon Pepper Blend, and parmesan. Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
Transfer cauliflower to a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add more parmesan after flipping, if desired.
When cauliflower is finished roasting, transfer to a serving platter. Top with flakey salt.
