Sesame Orange Ginger Cold Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ginger Powder
- 2 tablespoons Morton & Bassett Sesame Orange Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Sesame Seed
- 2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chili oil, optional for topping

Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add noodles to cook.
- While the noodles cook, make your sauce. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, M&B Ginger Powder, and M&B Sesame Orange Ginger.
- Drain the noodles in a strainer and run cold water over the noodles to chill them.
- In a large mixing bowl, pour the sesame sauce over the cooked noodles and mix. Chill in the fridge for longer to get noodles cold.
- Serve the dressed noodles in bowls topped with speared cucumbers, cilantro, peanuts, M&B Sesame Seed and chili oil. Enjoy!
