Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced

tablespoons Morton & Bassett Red Chili Flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup canola oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, heat the canola oil for 3-5 minutes. Dip a wooden spoon in the oil, if the oil bubbles, remove the pan from heat.
- Meanwhile, in a small heat safe bowl, combine M&B Red Chilli Flakes, shallots, garlic, and green onion.
- Pour the hot oil over the chopped ingredients in the bowl. Everything should sizzle and fry quickly.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and sugar then stir to combine. Pour into a jar for storage in the fridge, and enjoy drizzled over your rice, noodles, or favorite main dish!
