Pistachio and Scallion Loaded Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 5-6 tomatoes, cut into sixths
- ½ cup olive oil

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Smoked Whole Black Peppercorns

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Cumin Seed
- 2 teaspoons flakey salt
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeños, diced
- ¼ cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
- 2-3 green onions, sliced
- 1 small bunch cilantro, torn
- Edible flowers, optional for garnish

Directions
Preheat the grill to medium low heat. Using a mortar and pestle, grind M&B Smoked Whole Black Peppercorns and M&B Cumin Seed. Add to a small cast iron with olive oil and set on the grill for 8-10 minutes, until oil is fragrant.
On a serving platter, top tomatoes with pickled jalapeño, pistachios, green onion, and cilantro. Sprinkle with flakey salt and drizzle with spiced oil. Top with edible flower petals, if desired.
