Orange Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

2 tbsp Morton & Bassett Pure Vanilla Extract

2 tbsp Morton & Bassett Ground Cinnamon

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Orange Peel
1 square unsweetened dark chocolate
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups half and half
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp white cane sugar
Directions
Start by making the whipped cream. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1 tbsp cane sugar. When it begins to thicken, add 1 tbsp M&B Orange Peel and 1 tbsp M&B Pure Vanilla Extract. Continue whipping until soft peaks form. Refrigerate to keep chilled.
Make the hot chocolate. In a saucepan over low heat, add 1 cup half & half, 1 tbsp M&B Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp M&B Ground Cinnamon, the remaining 1 tbsp cane sugar, and the cocoa powder. Stir constantly until fully combined, smooth, and warmed through.
Remove from heat and pour into a mug.
Add the remaining 1 cup of half & half to adjust the temperature and creaminess.
Top with the whipped cream and grate the unsweetened chocolate square over the top. Enjoy!
