Juniper Berry Basil Lemonade

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 basil leaves, garnish

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Juniper

- 3 cups ice

Directions
- Start by making the juniper basil simple syrup: In a saucepan, heat equal parts water, sugar, M&B Juniper Berries, and M&B Basil until bubbling, then simmer for 2-3 minutes. Strain out the berries and basil and set aside to cool.
- In a blender, combine pebble ice, cucumber, honey, the juniper basil syrup and lemon juice. Blend until desired consistency.
- Pour into two glasses and top with fresh basil. Enjoy!
