Ingredients
- 3 peaches, sliced
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- ¼ cup gruyere cheese, freshly grated
- 1 head butter lettuce
- ½ cup pistachios, chopped
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil

Black Pepper

Directions
- In a large salad bowl, combine butter lettuce, peaches, sliced fennel, cucumbers, and pistachios.
- Top with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, M&B Everything Sprinkle, M&B Black Pepper, grated gruyere, and toss.
- Add fresh mint and basil to serve. Enjoy!
