Calabrian Chile Roasted Broccolini

Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccolini
- half a lemon, juiced
- 1 large shallot, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Parmesan, grated

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Calabrian
Chile
-
2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Smoked Whole
Black Peppercorns
- ¼ cup water

Directions
- Prep the broccolini by removing the leaves from the stems.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the broccolini to the pan. Stir in lemon juice, M&B Calabrian Chile and fresh ground M&B Smoked Peppercorns.
- Pour water into the pan and cover to steam for about 5-10 minutes on medium heat. Remove the broccolini once tender.
- Serve on a platter with freshly grated Parmesan and enjoy!
