Grilled Mediterranean Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 salmon filet
- ⅓ lemon, juiced
- 
                2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Organic Dill Weed
                
- 
                1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Organic Paprika
                
- 
                1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Organic Ground Ginger
                
- 
                1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Organic Calabrian Chili
                
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup kalamata olives, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup marinated artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon reserved oil from sundried tomatoes
- ⅓ shallot, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 small bunch basil, chopped
- 1 small bunch dill
 
                  Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat, about 400-500 degrees. 
- Set filet on a sheet of foil. Top with lemon juice, M&B Organic Dill Weed, M&B Organic Paprika, M&B Calabrian Chili, M&B Organic Ground Ginger, salt, kalamata olives, artichokes, sundried tomatoes, shallot, garlic, capers, basil, dill, and a drizzle of sun-dried tomato oil. 
- Fold the foil to create a boat around the filet and set on the grill. Cook until flakey, about 10 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve.
