- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, M&B Harissa, M&B Garlic Powder, and M&B Ground White Pepper. Mix until a well combined paste.
- Place chicken thighs in a large bowl with red onion and garlic, and pour harissa mixture over the chicken. Squeeze juice from half a lemon on top and add salt.
- Gently mix and place chicken into a dutch oven. Cook covered over medium heat for 20 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley to serve.
