Directions

1. Preheat oven and bake hashbrown patties according to package instructions.

2. While the hash browns bake, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk well.

3. Heat butter in a skillet over low heat. Add the eggs and cook gently, stirring until softly scrambled. Remove from heat and set aside.

4. Once the hash browns are golden and crisp, remove from the oven.

5. Top each hash brown with sliced avocado

6. Spoon scrambled eggs over the avocado, then add a slice of prosciutto.

7. Finish with a sprinkle of M&B Everything Sprinkle, M&B Spicy Everything Sprinkle, or both. Serve immediately.
