Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cane sugar
½ packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
¼ cup avocado oil
1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Line a 9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper (leave overhang on the long sides) and lightly grease.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, can sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, avocado oil, and M&B Pure Vanilla Extract until smooth.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely in the pan before lifting out with parchment. Slice and serve!
