Cardamom French Toast

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 tbsp of sugar 
- 
                1 tsp Morton and Bassett Cardamom
                
- 
                ½ tsp Morton and Bassett Cinnamon
                
- 6 slices of white bread
- 1 tbsp butter 
 
                  Directions
- In a skillet, heat over medium heat.
- In a pie pan, whisk together eggs, cream, sugar, cardamom and cinnamon.
- Melt butter in the preheated pan, swirling around to coat the entire surface.
- Dip the bread on each side in the pie pan custard before gently laying it into the skillet.
- Cook to golden brown; about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Serve with your choice of toppings: maple syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar, jam or whipped cream.
