Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
10 oz skirt steak, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups broccoli florets
½ yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Sesame Orange Ginger

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Ground Ginger

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Black Sesame Seeds

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Toasted Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp sriracha
1 cup jasmine rice, cooked
Directions
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Sesame Orange Ginger, and M&B Ground Ginger.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, onion, and bell pepper. Saute until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in the sauce and continue cooking until the beef is cooked through (medium to medium-rare, depending on preference) and the sauce slightly thickens.
Serve over rice and garnish with M&B Black Sesame Seeds and M&B Toasted Sesame Seeds.
