Ingredients
8 oz sushi-grade slamon, cut into ½-inch cubes
1 tsp sriracha
2 tsp rice vinegar, divided
1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Ground Ginger

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Toasted Sesame

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Black Sesame Seeds
3 green onions, sliced
½ avocado, thinly sliced
1 cup cooked white rice
Directions
In a bowl, combine salmon, soy sauce, sriracha, M&B Ground Ginger, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and 1 tsp M&B Toasted Sesame Seeds. Mix gently and refrigerate while preparing the remaining ingredients.
Thinly slice the green onions (spiral-cut if desired) and slice the avocado.
Place cooked rice in a bowl and drizzle with the remaining 1 tsp rice vinegar.
Top rice with the salmon mixture, avocado, and green onions.
Finish with remaining M&B Toasted Sesame Seeds and M&B Black Sesame Seeds. Serve immediately.
