Mint & Fennel Avocado Toast
- 2 slices artisan bread
- 1 large avocado
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons fresh fennel fronds, chopped
- 5 fresh mint leaves, chopped
- A few pea shoots for garnish
- 1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Everything Sprinkle
- 1 teaspoon salt
Toast bread slices.
Using a knife, spread the avocado on the toast. Each avocado half should cover each slice of toast.
Sprinkle the mint, fennel and pea shoots on top.
Add the Everything Sprinkle evenly across toast.
Finish with a squeeze of lime.
