Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Fennel Seed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 large beets, roasted & thinly sliced
- 4 cups radicchio, torn roughly
- 1/2 cup fresh fennel, thinly sliced
- 8-10 slices of clementine
- Crushed pistachios for topping
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds for topping
- Fresh fennel sprigs for topping
