Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 white onion, diced
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 avocado, cubed
- Flour tortillas

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Ground Cumin

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Paprika

¼ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Chili Powder
- ¼ cup cilantro, rough chopped
- ¼ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce of choice
Directions
- Heat oil in a saucepan until hot, then add the diced onion and sliced red pepper. Add in the cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder, stir well and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add in the beans and continue to stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Make your crema sauce by mixing mayo and hot sauce.
- On a flat tortilla, spoon 2 cups of the beans, then add in avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro. Drizzle with burrito crema, add a squeeze of lime, wrap tightly.
