Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 bunch fresh dill

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Shallot

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Chopped Garlic

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Red Chili Flakes

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
- 2 slices bread of choice
- ¼ cup canola oil (or any high smoke point oil)

Directions
- In a pan, heat the oil.
- Once oil is hot, add in M&B Shallots, M&B Chopped Garlic, M&B Red Chili Flakes, and M&B Chopped Onion.
- Cook until a nice golden brown (add in soy sauce for extra flavor if desired). Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same pan, fry two eggs over easy.
- In a bowl, spread a thick layer of Greek yogurt and top with fried eggs, chili crisp, and fresh dill.
- Serve with a slice of toasted bread and enjoy!
