Ingredients
- 1 jar of Castelvetrano olives
- 1 cup high-quality olive oil

2 tbsp Morton & Bassett Red Chili Flakes

2 tbsp Morton & Bassett Orange Peel

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Lemon Peel
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 lemon, zested
- 3-5 sprigs fresh thyme

Directions
- Drain olives and place in a bowl or jar.
- Add in oil, M&B Red Chili Flakes, M&B Orange Peel, M&B Lemon Peel, chopped parsley, lemon zest, grated garlic and fresh thyme.
- Mix well to combine.
- Cover and let marinate overnight (removing from fridge 1 hour before serving).
