Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, tops removed
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 
                
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Thyme
                
 - ½ lemon, juiced
 - 2 slices rustic bread
 - 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
 - pinch of sea salt
 - 2 sprigs fresh thyme for garnish
 
                  Directions
- In a jar, combine honey and M&B Thyme. Let sit for at least 24 hours to fully infuse.
 - Preheat the oven to 400 ˚F. Place the strawberries in a baking dish and drizzle with the infused M&B Thyme honey and squeezed lemon juice. Place in the oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
 - Once strawberries are done in the oven and starting to get soft, lightly toast bread slices.
 - Smear ricotta cheese on toast, top with baked strawberries, drizzle more honey, add fresh thyme and a sprinkle of sea salt.
