Ingredients
- 10 lb spiral cut, fully cooked bone-in ham
- ½ cup dijon mustard
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup orange, zested
- ¼ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup honey

1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground Cloves

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground Nutmeg

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Fine Ground Black Pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 ˚F. Place the ham into a deep roasting pan.
- In a bowl combine dijon mustard, light brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, and orange zest. Freshly squeeze in the orange juice, add in M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Ground Cloves, M&B Ground Nutmeg, and M&B Fine Ground Black Pepper. Mix until combined.
- With a brush, spread the glaze over the ham, getting in the crevices. Pour the remaining glaze sauce over the ham.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and baste the glaze from the pan over the ham once again.
- Cut & serve with desired sides.
