Ingredients
- 1 box Fusilli pasta
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon flakey salt for finishing

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Basil

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Parsley

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Oregano
- 1-2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 8 ounces mozzarella balls
- 1 cup pepperoncini, sliced thin
- 1 cup kalamata olives, sliced in half
- 4 ounces salami, cut into strips
- ½ cup red onion, sliced thin
- 1 small bunch fresh chives, sliced
Directions
Prepare noodles to package instructions.
While the pasta cooks, make your dressing. In a small bowl, add olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, flakey salt, M&B Basil, M&B Parsley, M&B Oregano, and pepperoncini juice. Mix well and set aside.
Add cooked pasta to a large bowl and let cool. Top with tomatoes, mozzarella balls, peperoncini, kalamata olives, salami, red onion, and dressing. Toss well and garnish with fresh chives.
