Ingredients
3 oz tequila
2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 small Persian cucumbers, chopped

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Smoked Black Peppercorns
1 Chamomile Tea bag
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon honey
2 sugar snap peas, to garnish (optional)
- 2 radishes, to garnish (optional)
- Chamomile flowers to garnish (optional)

Directions
- Start by grinding the M&B Smoked Black Peppercorns with a mortar & pestle. Set aside.
- Pour hot water into a cup to brew the Chamomile tea. Mix in honey.
- Add the chopped cucumbers into a food processor with some water and blend until pureed. Strain the cucumber juice into a separate bowl using a cheesecloth.
- In a shaker, combine tequila, cucumber juice, honey chamomile tea, ice cubes and ½ teaspoon of the ground M&B peppercorns. Shake well.
