Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, grated
-
½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground Ginger
-
1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Spicy Everything Sprinkle
-
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Sichuan Peppercorns with Grinder
-
1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Sesame Orange Ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 package rice noodles
- 1 cup pickled cucumbers
- 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 small bunch mint, chopped
- 1 small bunch Thai basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons peanuts, crushed
- ½ lime, juiced

Directions
In a small bowl, make the shrimp marinade. Combine toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, avocado oil, rice vinegar, garlic, M&B Ground Ginger, M&B Spicy Everything Sprinkle, M&B Sichuan Peppercorns, sugar, and fish sauce. Stir to fully combine. Pour over shrimp and let marinate.
In a large pot of boiling water, cook rice noodles to package instructions. While noodles cook, cook shrimp in a pan over medium heat until bright pink, about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve noodles and top with the cooked shrimp and the juices from the pan. Add cucumbers and top with cilantro, mint, basil, M&B Sesame Orange Ginger, peanuts, and lime juice.
