Grilled Market Veggies with Burrata

Ingredients
- 3 zucchinis, quartered lengthwise
- 2 summer squash, halved lengthwise
- 3 bell peppers, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Sichuan Peppercorns with Grinder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 8 ounces burrata
- 1 small bunch oregano
- 1 small bunch chives, chopped
- ½ cup edible flowers, optional
Directions
Preheat the grill to 350° F.
Using a mortar and pestle, grind M&B Sichuan Peppercorns until coarse. Set aside.
Toss sliced vegetables in olive oil. Coat with ground M&B Sichuan Peppercorns and salt. Set on the grill for 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat and set on a serving platter. Top the veggies with shredded burrata.
Top with oregano, edible garden flowers, and salt.
