Ingredients
1 large zucchini, cut into rounds
1 large red onion, cut into large slices
1 lb tomatoes on the vine
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
½ cup green olives
½ cup Kalamata olives
1 cup feta, crumbled
3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Onion Powder

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Parsley

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Oregano

1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Basil
1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place all veggies into a large bowl.
Toss with olive oil, M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Onion Powder, M&B Parsley, M&B Oregano, M&B Basil, and salt until evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the vegetables in an even layer.
Scatter the green and Kalamata olives over the vegetables, then place the tomatoes on top.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven, top with crumbled feta, and serve.
