Sesame Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb of skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups scallions, chopped

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Whole Mixed Peppercorn w/ Grinder

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground Ginger

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Black Sesame Seeds

½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Red Chili Flakes

Directions
- Start by making sauce. In a bowl, add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, M&B Mixed Peppercorns, M&B Ground Ginger, M&B Red Chili Flakes, and M&B Black Sesame Seeds.
- Whisk until all is mixed evenly into a smooth consistency. Add in chicken thighs and toss the chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Let the chicken marinate for 10 minutes.
- Add the sesame oil to a nonstick pan and heat over medium heat. Add the chicken and pan fry until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165˚F.
- Add the scallions to the chicken and cook in the pan until softened, about a minute.
- Grind more M&B Mixed Peppercorns or sprinkle more scallions if desired and serve with rice or noodles.
