Ingredients
- 1 head of green cabbage, finely chopped
- 4 cups of curly kale, finely chopped
- 1 anjou pear, sliced in thin spears
- 1 granny smith apple, sliced in thin spears
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup pepitas
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground Yellow Mustard

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Everything Sprinkle

2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Fine Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
- In a large bowl, add kale, cabbage, pear, apple and shredded carrots. Toss in pepitas.
- In another bowl, make dressing. Combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Add in spices: M&B Ground Yellow Mustard, M&B Everything Sprinkle, M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Fine Ground Black pepper.
- Whisk dressing well. Drizzle over slaw, and toss to combine.
