Organic Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
1 tube of organic cinnamon rolls with icing
1 16-oz can organic peaches in syrup, half drained
1 cup organic brown sugar
2 cups organic heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp Morton & Bassett Organic Pure Vanilla Extract

1 ½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Organic Ground Cinnamon

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Organic Ground Nutmeg
2 tbsp organic cornstarch
Directions
Bake the cinnamon rolls according to the package instructions (typically 18–20 minutes).
Make the peach compote: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the peaches and remaining syrup, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp M&B Organic Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp M&B Organic Ground Cinnamon, and ½ tbsp M&B Organic Ground Nutmeg.
Stir well, then add the cornstarch to thicken. Continue cooking until the mixture is syrupy and glossy. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the whipped cream: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, remaining ½ cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp M&B Organic Pure Vanilla Extract, and ½ tbsp M&B Organic Ground Cinnamon. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Once the cinnamon rolls are baked, spoon the warm peach compote over the top.
Add a generous dollop of whipped cream and finish with an extra sprinkle of M&B Organic Ground Cinnamon. Enjoy!
