Lavender Peach Bourbon Smash

In a saucepan, add sugar, water, and lavender and bring to a boil. Let boil for 3 minutes or until sugar is fully melted, then let cool.
Muddle the peaches until well smashed and juicy. Add to glass and pour in whiskey over ice.
Add 1 tablespoon of lavender simple syrup and top with club soda. Mix well to combine and garnish with fresh peaches and a sprig of lavender.
