Key Lime Trifle

Ingredients
- 1 pack graham crackers
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 angel food cake

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Ground Cinnamon,
plus extra for garnish
- 1 tbsp Morton & Bassett Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 stick melted butter (salted)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- One 8 ounce pack of cream cheese, softened
- 1 can condensed sweetened milk
- ½ cup key lime juice
- 1 tbsp key lime zest
- 3 key lime wheels for garnish

Directions
- Crush up graham crackers and mix with melted butter, brown sugar, and M&B Ground Cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and M&B Pure Vanilla Extract. Add in heavy cream and whip until fluffy.
- Once fluffy, add in key lime juice and zest.
- Assemble the trifle in a tall dish. Tear angel food cake into chunks and alternate layering them with the graham cracker mixture and cream mixture.
- Top with extra M&B Ground Cinnamon, lime zest, and lime wheels. Enjoy!
