Italian Seasoning Crusted Halibut

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Aleppo Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Rainbow Peppercorns w/ Grinder
- 1 lb halibut filet, sliced in 4-5 pieces
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the halibut onto the sheet. Drizzle the halibut with olive oil.
- Season the halibut with M&B Aleppo Pepper, M&B Onion Powder, M&B Italian Seasoning, M&B Oregano, and freshly ground M&B Rainbow Peppercorns. Top each piece with a lemon slice, then place baking sheet into oven.
- Bake the fish for about 10-15 minutes. It is done when the thickest part of the fish flakes with the touch of a fork. Remove from the oven and squeeze extra lemon juice on top.
- Serve with a fresh, herby salad and enjoy!
