Italian Chopped Salad

Ingredients
12 slices Calabrese salami, thinly sliced and chopped
10 mozzarella pearls, quartered
3 cups iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
3 cups spinach, finely chopped
6 Persian cucumbers, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
¼ cup sliced pepperoncinis
1 (8 oz) can black olives, sliced and drained
1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Oregano

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Italian Parsley

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Onion Powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions
Make the dressing: In a bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, M&B Oregano, M&B Parsley, M&B Garlic Powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine iceberg lettuce, spinach, cucumber, bell pepper, pepperoncinis, black olives, garbanzo beans, salami, and mozzarella.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
