• 12 slices Calabrese salami, thinly sliced and chopped

• 10 mozzarella pearls, quartered

• 3 cups iceberg lettuce, finely shredded

• 3 cups spinach, finely chopped

• 6 Persian cucumbers, sliced

• 1 orange bell pepper, diced

• ¼ cup sliced pepperoncinis

• 1 (8 oz) can black olives, sliced and drained

• 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

Dressing

• ½ cup olive oil

• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 2 tsp Morton & Bassett Oregano

• 2 tsp Morton & Bassett Italian Parsley

• 1 tsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

• 1 tsp Morton & Bassett Onion Powder

• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
