Ingredients
1 package chicken tenders, cut into bite-sized pieces
-
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder
-
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Chili Powder
1 stick butter, melted
-
1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Parsley
-
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder
¾ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese, plus more for garnish
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
Season the chicken evenly with Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder and Morton & Bassett Chili Powder.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook, rotating occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and develops a nice char on all sides.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the melted butter, M&B Parsley, M&B Garlic Powder, grated Pecorino Romano, and flaky sea salt. Stir until well combined.
Reduce the heat on the grill. Brush one side of the chicken skewers generously with the butter mixture, flip, and brush the other side.
Remove the skewers from the grill and finish with an extra sprinkle of Pecorino Romano cheese.
Serve immediately.
