Fried Caper Zoodles

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 3 large zucchinis

1/2 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Red Chili Flakes

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Dill
- 3 tablespoons of capers-drained
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch fresh basil
Directions
Spiralize zucchini and place zoodles into large bowl.
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Once shimmering, add in garlic cloves, red pepper flakes, and dill. Saute for 3 minutes before adding in the capers. Once the garlic cloves are nice and golden, remove from heat and add the lemon juice.
Pour the hot oil over the zoodles and gently toss together. Season with salt, pepper, basil, and enjoy!
