Ingredients
- 1 sheet pizza dough
- 1 egg

3 tablespoons Morton & Bassett Everything Sprinkle

¼ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground Coriander

¼ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground White Pepper

1 tablespoon Morton & Bassett Coriander Seed
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small bunch lacinato kale, de-stemmed and chopped
- 2 cups micro rainbow greens mix
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs fennel leaves, chopped
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- ½ radicchio, chopped
- 1 cup snap peas
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place pizza dough on a parchment lined baking sheet. Using a brush, cover the dough with egg and sprinkle generously with M&B Everything Sprinkle all over the dough. Bake for 8 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, M&B Ground Coriander, and M&B Ground White Pepper. Mix and set aside.
In a large bowl, add lacinato kale, micro greens, fennel leaves, fennel bulb, radish, radicchio, and snap peas. Pour salad dressing over and gently massage with hands until kale feels softened.
Top baked flatbread with salad. Garnish with M&B Coriander Seed. Slice and enjoy!
