Ingredients
- 4 large avocados
- ½ red onion, diced
- ¼ sweet onion, diced
- 
                1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Onion Powder
                
- 
                1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder
                
- 
                1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Coarse Ground Black Pepper
                
- 
                ½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett New Mexico Chile
                
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ jalapeño, sliced
- 7-8 sprigs cilantro, chopped, plus 3-4 for garnish
- 1 lime, juiced
- Tortilla chips, for serving
 
                  Directions
- In a large bowl, slice and scoop avocados. Smash them with a fork, but leave chunky. Add onion and mix. 
- Add M&B Onion Powder, M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Coarse Ground Black Pepper, and M&B New Mexico Chile. Add tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, and juice from 1 lime. Gently mix until incorporated. 
- Garnish with additional cilantro, serve with tortilla chips.
