Chili Rockfish & Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 medium rockfish filets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 
                1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Chili Powder
                
- 
                1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground Cumin
                
- 
                1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder
                
- 
                ¼ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Adobo
                
- 
                ¼ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Hot Paprika
                
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ lemon, juiced
 
                  Directions
- Prepare the rockfish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add M&B Chili Powder, M&B Ground Cumin, M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Adobo, M&B Hot Paprika, and salt. Rub the filets with the spices. 
- In a pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil, set filets. Gently flip after the fish begins to slightly flake, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from the pan. Top with any preferred salsa and juice from half a lemon.
