Chili Rockfish & Salsa
Prepare the rockfish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add M&B Chili Powder, M&B Ground Cumin, M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Adobo, M&B Hot Paprika, and salt. Rub the filets with the spices.
In a pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil, set filets. Gently flip after the fish begins to slightly flake, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from the pan. Top with any preferred salsa and juice from half a lemon.
