Artichoke & Spinach Dip
- 2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 cans marinated artichokes, chopped
- 6 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup Ricotta cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder
⅛ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground White Pepper
½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Za’atar
½ teaspoon Morton & Bassett Hot Paprika
- Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, Ricotta cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Add in Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder, White Pepper, Za’atar, and Hot Paprika, and salt. Mix together until well combined.
Transfer into an oven safe baking dish and top with additional Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the center of the dip is hot. Broil for 3-4 minutes, until the cheese slightly browns.
Serve with your favorite crackers, chips, or veggies.
