Apple Fig Gorgonzola Salad

Ingredients
4 cups arugula
1 gala apple, thinly sliced
4 figs, halved and quartered
1 cup gorgonzola cheese
½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
¼ cup pepitas
¾ cup olive oil
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
1 small shallot, finely chopped

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Turmeric

2 tsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, chopped shallot, M&B Turmeric, and M&B Garlic Powder until well combined.
In a large bowl, add the arugula and toss with half of the dressing to lightly coat.
Top with sliced apples, figs, gorgonzola, chopped pecans, and pepitas.
Drizzle with the remaining dressing just before serving. Toss and enjoy!
