Ingredients
- 14 oz salmon filet

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Sumac

½ tbsp Morton & Bassett Garlic Powder

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Onion Powder

1 tsp Morton & Bassett Ground Coriander
- ¼ cup chives, chopped
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup feta
- ½ cup dill, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup olive oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut salmon filet into bite-sized pieces, then toss in a bowl.
- Coat the salmon bites with ¼ cup olive oil and season with M&B Sumac, M&B Onion Powder, M&B Garlic Powder, M&B Ground Coriander
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon bites skin side down.
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then finish on a high broil for 3 minutes.
- While salmon is baking, in a food processor, combine remaining olive oil, Greek yogurt, feta cheese, juice from one lemon, and chives, parsley, and dill. Blend until well combined.
- Spread herb mix onto a platter and place salmon evenly on top.
- Top with additional fresh parsley & lemon wedges and enjoy!
