Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons sriracha
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Everything Spice Sprinkle

1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Ground Ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 3 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice

Directions
- Make the sauce: in a medium bowl, mix together sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, M&B Everything Spice Sprinkle and M&B Ground Ginger.
- Over medium high, heat up the sesame oil in a skillet. Once oil is shimmering, add in ground beef and garlic. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until beef is browned.
- Add in the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes until beef is coated in the mixture and sauce is thick.
- Serve in a bowl over rice, top with green onion, radishes, cucumbers, and cilantro.
