Spiced Pine Nuts
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Pizza and Pasta Seasoning
1 cup pine nuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
In a bowl, toss together pine nuts with olive oil, Morton & Bassett Chili Powder, Smoked Paprika, Pizza and Pasta Seasoning, and salt.
Pour pine nuts onto a baking sheet, and lightly roast the nuts in the oven for 5 minutes at 350°F.
Use on top of avocado toast, salads, roasted vegetables, soups, and pastas. Tip: goes great with drizzled balsamic glaze.
